When a send would reach guests or change a consequential plan, WeddingOS treats it as a proposal. Hosts approve. That is the product, not a setting buried in a menu.

Two personas, two memories

Hosts talk to owner Sienna inside the wedding workspace. Invited guests talk to guest Sienna inside their portal. Those tools do not mix.

Guest Sienna may only use the signed-in guest’s household and the event facts that guest is allowed to see. She never receives the owner roster or another party’s details.

Built for the week of the wedding

The value is not a chatbot on a marketing page. It is a calm queue: who still needs a reminder, which dietary notes the caterer must see, and which vendor message is ready for your tone.

Copy should match the hosts — not a generic wedding voice. Sienna can draft; you keep the formality, language, and what the invitation actually covers.

If a note would disclose another guest’s RSVP or dietary detail, it should not go out. The workspace is built so those facts stay with the people who need them to operate the day.
